yep, tis alright.
So why do things sometimes not 'go right' at this (supposed to be) festive time of year? Well, everyone is different I suppose.
*sigh* however, despite any of the angst, stress, lonliness, longing to be elsewhere, traffic, prices....oy I could go on, BUT I did say DESPITE all of 'this' falderall...so...I continue
my message is one of hope, hope that regardless of the status of the relationship that you & I have,
whether constant and strong or constantly ubiquitous or consistantly awkward, or consequently we are parted for some inane, or non-substantial foolishness on the part of either of us....
here it is, my HOPE
I hope for peace, within each of our hearts and especially minds
I hope the beatitude spoken by Christ is His promise to us..."Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for justice, justice shall be theirs"
I hope to see your beautiful, special face ...smiling at me again, soon.
I hope all of us are healthy, physically and spiritually, going into the coming year.
I hope to apologize in person, 'hug it out', and remember how much we love each other for real, no matter what.
I hope all of your travels near or far, frequent or rare, are safe.
I hope to express the fierceness of my friendship, regardless of how 'tough' I seem to be...strength doesn't mean unfeeling & we all hurt just like you.
I hope we see the best IN each other, even if it's not always 'showing'...that we KNOW it's there, like a well that needs a caring person to bring a rope and bucket.
I hope you realize how much I love and care for you, my friends...my family.
